1. 3-Day Return Window
At DRFTN, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us directly at +91 7406164512 via: • WhatsApp (message us with your order ID and reason for return) • Phone call (same number, during business hours) Please do not ship items back without confirming with us first — we'll guide you through the return process once your request is verified.
3. Conditions for Return
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. • Return request must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date. • Original packaging should be intact where possible.
4. Pickup & Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, we'll arrange pickup and process your refund after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
