To place orders, you may register via our third-party authentication partner (Clerk). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access. Any activities under your account remain your direct liability.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, custom brand logo typography, drop themes, photographs, copy, visual layouts, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of DRFTN CLOTHING. Reproduction, theft, resale, or replication without express written authorization is strictly prohibited under intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
DRFTN CLOTHING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, product variation, delivery delays, or payment gateway transactions. Our total liability is limited to the exact transaction amount paid for the specific order.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
